Orders: All orders placed with our web store require a non-refundable 70% deposit. Once an order has been placed and the deposit paid, we will begin production on your custom clothing item. The remaining 30% balance will be due upon completion of the item.
Production Time: Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for production of your custom clothing item. We strive to complete all orders in a timely manner, but production times may vary based on demand and complexity of the design.
Final Sale: All sales are final. Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once production has begun. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with the final product, but please note that no refunds will be issued.
